Glory House is a Christian charity with a divine mandate to reach our nation and the world with the gospel of Christ. The leadership structure of Glory House is comprised of Legal, Administrative and Pastoral components.

The Board of Trustees (BT): The Trustee Board members hold Glory House in legal and auditory trust as a registered charity in the UK.

The Board of Pastors & Ministers (BPM): The Board of Pastors & Ministers consists of all Pastors & Ministers in Glory House who are responsible for Church Life and all Pastoral matters.  

The Management Team (MT): They are charged with the responsibility of the day-day governance and running of the Trust. The Management Team consists of representations from the Board of Pastors & Ministers, Church Office Administration, Church Council (Home Church Network/Academy Leaders) and Senate (Departmental Heads). They will oversee and report directly to Pastor on specific and clearly defined areas of GH particularly relating to

• Church Growth
• Church Health
• Church Life
• Church Administration
