Apr. 26th I Am Possessed
Bible Reading: Prov. 1:23; Acts 4:29-31
devotional
Jn. 14:12 ‘most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to my Father’
The world needs believers who are accurate and adequate representatives of the Most High God. This is God’s intention and the reason the bible says ‘we are for signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, who dwells in Mount Zion’ Is. 8:18
When people come in contact with you, they should come into the presence, purity, peace and power of God. This is the way to become a ‘fisher of men’ Mat. 4:19. Divine healing, deliverance, salvation, restoration and counsel should exude from your person.
Pray that God should completely possess your being, spirit, soul and body. Be full and intoxicated by God’s Spirit, Word and Faith; let there be room for nothing else. Become a willing vessel for the Lord will ‘visit His flock, the house of Judah, and will make them as His royal horse in the battle’ Zech. 10:3
When consecration is absolute and a believer is possessed with all of God, great signs, healings, wonders and multitudes flow to and through His choice vessel. God is looking for saints whose hearts are crying out for Him… ‘Possess me for your glory’
Prayer:
• Pray for personal growth and maturity in the spirit; ‘Lord, make me a battle-axe in your hands’. Heb. 6:1; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; Jer. 51:20
• Pray for a greater anointing on Pastor to prosper in ministry; ask for God’s glory to cover him and his family. 2 Thess. 3:1; Ps. 34:7
Thought for the day:
Give yourself to God completely; spirit, soul and body
