July 10th The ‘When’ Of The Tithe
Bible Reading: Rom. 11:16; Deut. 14:22-23

Eccl. 3:1-2
‘to everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck what is planted’
The tithe is a ‘first-fruit’ to the Lord and should be given before anything else. It is a financial priority and necessary-first deduction from one’s increase in honour of God your El-Shaddai, the One who is More-than-enough.
True tithers do not consider if there will be enough to cover bills and necessities before giving God what is His. Think about it, whatever you make the first-fruit is what the ‘whole’ will end up being. Your tithe cannot be an after thought or regrettable remnant and be considered acceptable to the Lord.
My wife and I decided a long time ago to make our tithe biblically honourable, top priority and a commitment of great joy. We would rather go without food and clothes than default on our tithes or pay in an untimely fashion. Through the years God has always honoured this with provision, protection and peace.
Prayer:
i. Pray that believers will arise in the marketplace to establish the covenant of God Obad. 1:21
ii. Take authority by the word and name of Jesus over all demonic influences in your vicinity Mat. 18:18
Thought for the day:
Procrastination is a bad common excuse for non-performance
